Summer Program Curriculum
Kungfu Dragon USA teaches both modern and traditional styles of Kung Fu (Wushu) with a focus on athletic attributes like strength, flexibility, and coordination. The curriculum includes eight areas of instruction such as stretching, hand forms, and leg techniques, as well as weapon forms, Chinese Kickboxing, and self-defense. The belt curriculum guides students towards progression, but it’s important to remember that learning martial arts is a lifelong journey. Students start with a White Belt and work towards higher levels.
